The admit cards for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) has been released by the NTA. Scheduled for May 5, the NEET UG 2024 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This year, registrations have surpassed 24 lakh, marking an increase of nearly 4 lakh students compared to last year.

As the largest medical entrance exam, NEET UG will be conducted in 13 languages via the traditional pen and paper format. The exam will span 557 cities in India and 14 locations abroad, commencing at 2 pm and concluding at 5:20 pm.

Candidates have received their NEET UG exam city intimation slips, specifying their exam centre locations. It’s important to note that the city slip is distinct from the admit card. The NEET UG admit card can be downloaded from the official websites, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ or neet.ntaonline.in.

NTA emphasises the importance of thoroughly reviewing the exam day regulations, which will accompany the admit card, and strictly adhering to them throughout the examination.

NEET UG 2024 ADMIT CARD: HOW TO DOWNLOAD

To download the NEET UG 2024 admit card, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official NEET website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
2. Look for the “NEET Admit Card 2024” download notification on the homepage.
3. Click on the provided link, which will redirect you to the login page.
4. Input your application number, date of birth (DOB), and the security pin (as provided during registration).
5. Once you’ve entered the required information, click on “Submit.”
6. Your admit card will then be displayed on the screen.
7. Download the admit card, typically in PDF format.
8. Finally, ensure to take a printout of the admit card for future reference.

OVER 23 LAKH CANDIDATES REGISTER FOR NEET UG 2024

NEET UG 2024 has seen a total enrollment of 23,81,833 students, with over 10 lakh male students and more than 13 lakh female students. Additionally, 24 students have registered under the ‘third gender’ category.
Among the registered students, more than 10 lakh belong to the OBC NCL category, while 6 lakh are general students. Furthermore, 3.5 lakh students hail from the Scheduled Caste (SC) category, 1.8 lakh from the Gen-EWS category, and 1.5 lakh from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
